Description
Codey Rocky is a coding robot designed specifically for STEAM education, offering an engaging and educational programming experience for children aged 6 and older.
The robot combines user-friendly robotics hardware with the block-based programming software mBlock 5, ensuring that even beginners can start coding within minutes. A unique feature of mBlock 5 is its ability to transform visual code into Python code with just one click, allowing children to progress to a more advanced and practical programming language.
mBlock 5 also supports AI and Internet of Things (IoT) functionality, exposing children to these cutting-edge technologies from an early age and giving them a competitive edge in our increasingly intelligent world.
Codey is the brain of the operation, equipped with various sensors and a programmable main control, and can be used on its own primarily for teaching tasks. When combined with its counterpart, Rocky, the duo can tackle a wider range of tasks.
Rocky acts as the chassis for Codey and requires pairing with Codey to function. Together, they can perform tasks such as avoiding obstacles, recognizing colors, and following lines, to name a few.
